Violet Rae Wilson

Violet Rae (Beeman) Wilson, 73, of Lonaconing, passed away on January 26, 2026. She had been a resident of Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center for almost five years.

Violet was born on July 11, 1952, she was the daughter of the late John Beeman and Fanny Margaret (Ritchie) Beeman.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Howard “Zeke” Wilson, her son-in-law, Steven J. Williams, her sisters, Elizabeth Clark, June Sgaggero, Martha Jean Enos, Katerine Liller, and her brothers, William Beeman and Bruce Beeman.

Violet attended Valley High School. After school she focused on being a housewife and taking care of her family that she loved very much.

She is survived by three children, JoAnn (Wilson) Clise and husband Gary of Carlos, Michael Wilson of Westernport, and Mary (Wilson) Williams of Lonaconing; eight grandchildren, Sara Preston and husband Corey, Cody Clise and fiancé Tori, Garrett Clise and wife Shelby, Rustina Williams and fiancé Dalton Colmes, TJ Williams, Brittany Saweikis and husband Chris, Star Wilson, and Sky Blades. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, Carson, Claire, Holly and Macey Clise, Chase and Laken Preston, Rylee and Easton Clise, and Hope Purdham and a brother, Joseph Beeman and wife Deanna of Lonaconing,

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 4-6 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will immediately follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor Russell Blubaugh officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
