Vicki Lynn Miller

Vicki Lynn Miller, 65, of Lonaconing, died Monday, February 9, 2026 at Cumberland Healthcare Center. Born on July 22, 1960 in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late David and Mary Gallagher.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Georgie Gallagher.

She had attended Valley High School, Lonaconing and St. Joseph Catholic Church, Midland. Vicki was a devoted mother, sister and friend to everyone. She will be dearly missed.

She leaves behind her significant other of 36 years, Colin Hartman; three children, David O’Haver, Daniel Miller, and Angie Miller; grandchildren, Jacob O’Haver and Allison Miller; sisters, Pam, Kimmie, and Melissa Gallagher and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will gather on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 4-5PM  at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing to celebrate Vicki's life.
