Richard Wayne Wildesen

Richard Wayne Wildesen Sr., 67, of South Davis Street, Keyser, WV died Saturday, March 16, 2024 at his residence with family at his side. Born on November 16, 1956 in Swanton, MD, he was the son of the late Harley Wildesen and Betty Jane (Bray) Wildesen.

Rick was a 1974 graduate of Southern Garrett High School. A past member of the Deer Park Fire Dept. and past EMT driver for Tri-Towns EMS. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and had the true spirit of an eagle.

He is survived by his fiancé, Jenny Plum; six children, Richie Wildesen Jr. and wife Crystal, Alysia Whitacre, Travis Alexander and wife Katie, Michaela Wildesen and fiancé Josh Broadwater, Casey Cosner and husband Adam and Brianna Plum; eleven grandchildren, Abby and fiancé Brandon, Hailey, McKenna, Cameron, Zander, Wesley, Saige, Liam, Deacon, Bristol, and Carson; three brothers, Gerald and wife Shelia, Harold and wife Chris, and Darrell and fiancé Sue and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his canine companion, Creed.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 4-6 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM with Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating.
