Pamela Rae Barnhart, 57, of Pike Road, Barton died Monday, January 5, 2014 at her residence. Born on May 11, 1957 in Cumberland she was the daughter of the late Charles "Barney" Barnhart and Joan (Cavey) Thompson.
Pam was a graduate of Fort Hill High School and worked as a custodian for the Allegany County Board of Education.
She is survived by her special companion for many years, Perry Thomas; three sisters, Sandra K. Dolan and husband Terry of Canton, OH, Victoria Coughlin and husband David of Short Gap, WV and Janice Mitchell and husband Mike of Murrells Inlet, SC; two brothers, Charles "Sonny" Barnhart of Centerville, PA and Clarence "Ted" Barnhart of Washington, PA and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her loving pet, Pepper.
She shared a special bond with her nieces and nephew, Tiffany Bittinger of Short Gap, WV, Ashley Dolan of Canton, OH and Travis Barnhart of Ridgeley, WV . Her siblings Sandy and "Sonny" were close to her heart and shared many wonderful memories together.
At her request she will be cremated. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing assisted the family. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilhelmeakin.com.
