Mary Myers

Mary Ann (Smith) Myers, 85 of Cumberland , died Monday, November 23, 2020 at UPMC Western Maryland. Born on September 12, 1934 in Rockingham County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Perry Oscar Smith and Martha Susan (Nazelrodt) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Lewis Myers on June 30, 2003 and two siblings Margaret B. Wagoner and Edward Lee Smith.

Mary and her late husband were the proprietors of Myers Grocery in Barton.

She is survived by two sons Mark Niggemyer and Michael Niggemyer and wife Angel all of Fairmont, WV; two grandchildren Jordan Niggemyer and Michael  Niggemyer II; a sister Ruth Wilson of Cresaptown and several nieces and nephews including two special nieces Darlene and Glenda.

A private graveside service will be held at Mt. View Cemetery on Monday, November 30, 2020 with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing is handling the arrangements.
