Lola "Pat" Richardson Price, 91, of Lonaconing died on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at home. Born on October 10, 1923 in Lonaconing she was the daughter of the late John Richardson and Pearl (DeVault) Richardson.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Erik Grimes, a son-in-law, John Grimes and her siblings, Alice Jean Shockey, Ruth Moore, Elva Gardner, Mary McGregor, Ida Donaldson and William Richardson. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Pat retired from Kelly Tire Co. where she worked in the factory. She enjoyed reading and taking walks.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Grimes of Short Gap, WV; two grandsons, Sean Grimes and wife Jennifer of Short Gap, WV and Todd Grimes, also of Short Gap, WV; five great-grandchildren, Morgan Grimes of Cumberland, MD, Brodie Grimes, Hannah Anderson, Haylee Hare and Hunter Hare all of Short Gap, WV and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Fred Iser officiating.
