John Franklin Comeau, 64, of Philos Avenue, Westernport, died Thursday, August 7, 2025 at home. Born on December 23, 1960 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Taylor) Comeau.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Comeau.
As a child he had bright orange hair and he was such a fun kid. In his youth he enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing. John had worked previously as a flooring and carpet installer. Living in Westernport, he enjoyed just sitting along George’s Creek in his car and watching the water.
He is survived by his sister, Betty Mason of Belcamp, Maryland, they greeted one another everyday over text messages and she was always there for John. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
John was cremated and no services will take place. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing is assisting the family.
