Francis Fair

August 24, 1940 — April 2, 2014

Francis Patrick Fair, 73, entered into eternal life on April 2, 2014, at his home in Camp Hill, PA. He was born August 24, 1940, to Francis and Elizabeth (McGann) Fair in Midland, Maryland. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Lee (Grimm) of Camp Hill; children Carolyn, wife of Steven Bainbridge; Edward; William; and James, husband of Rebecca; grandchildren Elizabeth, Anastasia, Teresa, and Michael; and siblings Karen, Dick, and Michael Fair. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Parish, where he served for years as a religious education teacher. Before retiring he worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He enjoyed volunteering for United Cerebral Palsy. A viewing will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3435 E. Trindle Rd, Camp Hill, PA, on Saturday, April 5, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. An additional viewing will take place on Monday, April 7, 2014  from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Midland, MD. A prayer service will be held by Father Ed Hendricks at 2:00 PM.  Interment will be held at St, Joseph Cemetery in Midland. Memorial contributions can be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Arrangements were handled by Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland.
