Elsie Katherine (Miller) Cutter left this earth in the arms of her heavenly Father, with her daughter and son at her side at the Egle Nursing and Rehab Center where she had resided for almost four years, on Monday, December 12, 2016.
She will be joining her mother Lula E. (Salisbury) Miller and father Jacob T. Miller Sr. along with her brothers, Andrew who died in World War II fighting for our great nation, Lee, Jacob Jr., Paul and Glenn and her sisters, Helen, Carol, Mary and her baby sister Judith in heaven.
She leaves behind her beloved brother Harry and his wife Ruth; her children, daughter Carol Wolz of Lonaconing, MD and her son Dennis and his wife Mary Ellen of Leesburg, FL; her grandchildren, Lynn Wellings and husband James, Julie Schrock and husband Brian, Dennis Cutter II and Andrew Cutter and wife Barbara. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, Caitlin Nichols and husband Justin, Corey Wellings, Jordan Schrock, Brian Schrock, Sydney Schrock, McKenna Wellings, Elizabeth Skye Cutter and Lily Cutter. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews who she deeply loved.
Family and friends will be received at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 1:00PM with Rev. George Loar officiating. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland.
