Dorothy Marie (Morgan) Hunt, 87, died on the morning of Saturday, August 2, 2014. In June of 1948, she married her husband of 62 years, John William Hunt, who died on April 30, 2011.

Dot was a willing volunteer, and was a member of Midland Fireman's and American Legion Auxiliaries. When her son, Bill, played football, basketball, and baseball, his Mom was at every possible event. When he became a coach and teacher, and he needed help with any youth activities, school projects, or sports team fundraising, she was first to step up to the task. And when her grandson, Ryan, participated in ANY activity, she was always there for support and encouragement.
Along with her husband in his ministry, Dot was affiliated with various churches in the Western Baptist Association. She traveled with him throughout the east coast at boy's camps and prison ministries sharing in his life of service.
Although Dot enjoyed some gardening and cooking, her passion was Bingo. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and over the years, developed life-long relationships with quite a few Bingo partners.
