Donald Moses

Donald Robert Moses, 55, of Jackson Street, Lonaconing died Sunday, July 14, 2019. Born on February 18, 1964 in Frostburg he was the son of Charles “Pooch” and Betty (Spiker) Moses.

He was preceded in death by wife Gloria Moses and nephew Robert Shockey.

Donald was a graduate of Valley High School class of 1982. He worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Lonaconing Republican Club.

Together with his parents he is also survived his siblings Tammy Shockey and husband Randy, Brian Moses and Krista Hershberger and husband David all of Lonaconing; nieces and nephews Randi Amoruso and husband Joe, Marvin Shockey and wife Brittany, Nathan Moses, Jami Clayton and husband Chase, Travis Moses and Abby Hershberger and five great-nieces and nephews.

Inurnment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing is assisting the family.

At the request of the family memorial donations may be sent to Betty and Pooch Moses at 9 East Railroad St., Lonaconing, MD 21539 to assist with the purchase of Donald's monument.
