Dolores Kae Morgan, 78, of Upper Georges Creek Road, Frostburg, died Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Egle Nursing and Rehab Center, Lonaconing. Born on June 13, 1948 in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Ritchie and Dolores (Monahan) Ritchie.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Morgan, her twin, Glenna Klipstein, brother, James “Clem” Patrick Ritchie, and her very loved canine companion, Pookie.
Dolores was a 1966 graduate of Valley High School. She furthered her education at Allegany Community College, and earned her license in Registered Nursing. She worked for many years and retired from Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center. After retirement she became a caregiver in her community. She loved to garden, rather it be vegetables or flowers, she really enjoyed planting of all sorts. Catholic by faith she was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Frostburg.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Ritchie and wife Joyce; three nephews, Jimmy Kilpstein, Bobby Ritchie and son, Brycen, and Jeff Ritchie; niece, Jeannie Fuente, husband Brian and their son, Brian Jr. Jimmy took great care of his Aunt Dolores and his family is very grateful.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM with Father Ed Hendricks officiating. Interment will take place at Frostburg Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be, Jimmy, Bobby, Brycen, Brian and Brian Jr.
At the request of the family donations may be made in memory of Dolores to the Egle Activity Fund at 57 Jackson Street, Lonaconing, MD 21539.
The family would like to thank the 2nd floor nurses and staff at Egle Nursing and Rehab Center for their love and care, with an extra special thank you Samantha Jones, and also the staff of Ruby Memorial Hospital and Potomac Valley Hospital.
