Debra Elizabeth Loar

Debra Elizabeth Loar, 65, of Loartown Road, Frostburg, died Thursday, October 16, 2025 at home. Born on September 8, 1960 in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Maxine Moyers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn J. Loar II and her brother, Moe.

Debra was a graduate of Beall High School, Frostburg and had worked in homecare. She loved all animals, especially hummingbirds, red birds, and her dog, Mossy.

She is survived by her children, Jack “Tony’ Spiker and wife Jenny and, Chrissie Spiker and husband Jesse Whiteman; grandchildren, Jesse, Colton, Glenna, Elizabeth, Connor, Kayley, Celeste, Mallory, Kayla, Katie, “Biggy,” and Hayley “Muffin"; great-grandchildren, Paisley, Lillee, Addison, Demi, Daxton, Daniel, Eliza, Kian, Kali and Kaislee and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 11 AM – 1 PM. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Seth Mongold officiating.
