Anthony Reid Frenzel Sr., 84, of Westernport Road, Westernport, died Friday, September 26, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland, Cumberland. Born on July 26, 1941 in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Raymond William Frenzel Sr. and Violet Evelyn (Phillips) Frenzel.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Henry Schultheis Jr.
Anthony retired from New Jersey Steel, Baltimore. He enjoyed working with Friends of Jennings Randolph Lake; protecting, and promoting the lake. In his spare time, he loved antiquing and browsing flea markets.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Lee Frenzel; two children, Donne Burke, and Anthony Frenzel Jr. and wife Amy; grandchildren, Anthony Frenzel, Edward McKenzie, Brittany Moore, Tyler Frenzel, William Burke, Deven Lantz and Madison Lantz; three great-grandsons, Adam, Dean and River; a sister, Rae Ann Schultheis; a brother, Raymond Frenzel Jr. and wife Linda and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Marjorie Hurder-Buhrman officiating.
