Anna Mary "Jo" Fazenbaker, 73, of Indian Hill Lane, Gilmore died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born on March 23, 1941 in Ocean Mines she was the daughter of the late George Miller and Virginia Martz. She was raised by her grandparents, the late Kenny and Bessie Foutz.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patty Cox and an infant sister, Donna Jean Martz, three brothers, James Miller and Charlie and Ed Siegmyer.
"Jo" was a homemaker and Methodist by faith.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harry Fazenbaker; her five daughters, Mary Lou Wampler and husband Roger of Vale Summit, Donna Lee Glass and husband Gene of LaVale, Debbie Sue Winebrenner and husband Rickey of Carlos, Jayne Ann Fazenbaker and fiancé Sean Atkinson of Vale Summit and Carolyn Yvonne Smith and husband Sam of Flintstone; ten grandchildren, Sabrina, Chad, Dana, Logen, Nichole, Sydney, Wesley, Jessten, Kesalyn, and Leshelden; six great-grandchildren, Nathan, Shawnda, Chandler, Donnavan, Jacob and Dakota; two step-grandchildren, Jesse and Jaimee; two step-great-grandchildren, Bailey and Gavin; four sisters, Wanda Carpenter, Charlotte Carson, Gail Martz and Carla Morgan; two brothers, Raymond Siegmyer and Leonard Martz; numerous nieces and nephews and her special puppy, Honey.
Family and friends will be received at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland on Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Jefferies officiating. Interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be, Roger Wampler, Gene Glass, Rickey Winebrenner, Sam Smith, Wesley Smith and Chad Albright.
