Adam Stott

August 10, 1988 — March 23, 2017

To know him is to love him. Let us share his story. Adam Morgan Stott, passed away in his childhood home on March 23, 2017. After a long battle with mental illness and addiction, Adam’s chains have been broken and he is free and at peace.

Born August 10, 1988, Adam was the beloved son of Chuck and Diane Stott. Also surviving along with his parents are his siblings Carrie Cadwallader and husband Mike, Matthew Stott and Sammi Stott and significant other Lonnie Harvey; his nephews Jay, Braylon, Brentley and Briyer Cadwallader and Asher Harvey and niece Emma were the little lights of his life. Along with his immediate family, Adam was blessed with a huge extended family including his paternal grandparents Chick and Helen Stott; maternal grandmother Melanie Wilson; paternal great-grandfather George Wilson; uncle and aunt Richard and Barbara Buskirk, uncle and aunt Jason and Mary Smith, uncle Jimmy Stott and aunts Nancy Stott and Kelli Stott; special friend Katie Thrasher and her children, Skylarr and Izaak meant the world to Adam. Above all, the love of a family makes life so bright. Adam was a light in so many lives and was loved by an abundance of family and friends.

Adam will be remembered for his love of family and friends above all else. He enjoyed family gatherings often. His smile was welcoming and his laugh contagious. Adam was a 2006 graduate of Westmar High School.  He enjoyed spending his time drawing, learning history and watching sports. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved animals as well. He was a gentle loving soul.

Take time to make a difference in a life. Reach out and be kind. Spread the love.

“And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13
